Tablet Motorola sued Xoom Finance Company


Motorola's still not tablet, Xoom, was launched, the company has stumbled problems associated names.

Xoom Corp., Motorola sued over trademark Xoom, which claims to have used the name 'Xoom' to promote financial services for eight years.

Xoom Corp., a company based in San Francisco that has filed a lawsuit against Motorola over trademark use of the name "Xoom," which is the name of Motorola has chosen to first Android tablets.

Beta News reported on Friday (25/02/2011), that Xoom Corp. claims to have actively used the name 'Xoom' to the site since 2003.

"Through online that is accessible via computers and mobile devices, trade names and product Xoom has been associated exclusively with Xoom," said company spokesman Xoom Corp.

They also issued a complaint to the Motorola that are considered monopolize the word "Xoom" in search engine results, making it difficult for customers to learn about financial services Xoom Corp.

Currently there is no response and komentara from Motorola's own party on the issue of this complaint. Tablet Xoom will soon be sold all over the world in the near future at a price approximately USD800 dibaderol.
